What Other Fees May Apply in Addition to Your Base Monthly Rent?
This guide is designed to help you understand the fees associated with renting one of our homes. It's all about keeping things simple and transparent, so you know exactly what to expect.
Required One-Time Fees
These one-time fees cover necessary processing and ensure a smooth and efficient move-in experience.
Amount per applicant (18+ years). This covers the cost of screening to ensure a smooth and secure leasing process for all residents.
Takes the home off the market and secures it for you, giving you peace of mind while you prepare for your move.
A security deposit is required at move-in. Please select either the Traditional or Alternative option.
Protects your interests and ensures the home is well-maintained. At the end of your lease, this deposit is refunded, minus any applicable costs for cleaning or repairs beyond normal wear and tear.
Your security deposit is based on your Findigs resident score, which considers factors such as credit history. Deposits range from $750 to up to one month's rent.
A security deposit helps protect the home and supports compliance with lease obligations. For residents who choose a traditional security deposit, any refundable amount will be returned at the end of the lease, less applicable charges allowed by law.
Instead of paying the full deposit upfront, qualified residents can pay a one-time upfront or small monthly fee through Rhino.

Rhino eligibility, terms, and fees are determined by Rhino and may vary. Residents who do not qualify must provide a traditional security deposit.

Renters insurance with at least $200,000 liability is required. You may use any provider or our preferred partner.
